At Zynly Core, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to receive your watch in perfect condition and with complete satisfaction.

1. Open Parcel Facility

All our watches are shipped with an Open Parcel Facility.

When you receive your order, you are requested to open the parcel and carefully check the watch before accepting the delivery.

Please check:

- Watch condition
- Dial and glass
- Strap/chain
- Color
- Any visible damage or manufacturing issue
- Overall working condition

2. Return at the Time of Delivery

If you find any damage, defect, wrong product, or any other issue while checking the parcel, please inform the courier person immediately and return the parcel at the time of delivery.

There will be:

- No extra return charges
- No delivery charges
- No additional charges

You can simply check the product and return it immediately if there is a genuine issue.

3. Important: Check Before Accepting

Customers are requested to check the watch carefully before accepting the parcel.

Once the parcel has been checked and accepted by the customer, the order will be considered successfully received.

4. No Return or Refund After Acceptance

After the product has been checked and accepted by the customer, we do not offer any return, exchange, or refund for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or any issue noticed after accepting the parcel.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take full advantage of our Open Parcel Facility and check your watch carefully before accepting the delivery.

5. Our Commitment

We always try our best to provide customers with quality watches and a safe shopping experience.

If there is any genuine issue with the product at the time of delivery, you can return it immediately without paying any extra return or delivery charges.
